As teachers, we look forward to 3 children's wishes:
- Be happy and enjoy lessons
- Behave in an appropriate way
- Learn as much as English as possible

So that the 3 wishes are fulfilled, the following 3 ingredients are necessary:

a) Developing positive self-esteen à SELF-ESTEEM

Teachers have a very important role in the development of positive self-esteem of children. Self-esteem is based on:

-          Feel security
-          Feel identity
-          Feel integrated
-          Have purposes and goals to achieve
-          Feel competent with herself

Young children are in the process of creating their own image; It is therefore very important that your influential people make them feel safe, trust in themselves and their possibilities and make them value as people. In this way they managed to have a positive vision of themselves.


b) Influencing children’s behaviour à Behaviour

The development of positive self-esteem of children also have place in the classroom. Children often misbehave and call the attention of adults, this happens because they not have developed 5 components previous. if they were developed correctly, they would not behave or have the need to call the attention of the adult.


c) Create a sense of achievement à Achievements

The premise "learning as much English as possible" is directly related to self-esteem and behavior. It is very important the "how" the children learn English, because if they do it in a comfortable, pleasant way and they feel that they are progressing, it is a point in favor in their personal satisfaction.


A triangle of influence


 They affect the academic performance, social and emotional well-being of individual children. However, the way in which they do this may be either positive or negative.
