Making books:

Stories can be created in different ways:

- Beaks

- Jump out and up plus stick-on figure

- Jump out cut-out figure

- Boxes

Personally, I have chosen the beaks technique to create the complete story. Also, I will show you the other techniques with examples but without story, because it is your time to create your own story.

Beaks Technique

¡Mom penguin has a surprise!

Mom penguin has something between her legs.

Can you imagine what it is?

Yeeees!!!! It’s a baby penguin.

Reflection

First of all, I have decided to do this because I think it is important and it is about animals' life.

On the one hand, I choose the penguin because I believe that it is an animal that children like very much and their lifestyle is very different.

On the other hand, its reproduction is very interesting and completely different from the other animals.

In conclusion, with this book we can explain all the life of the penguin. Also, we can do different workshops which we can learn at the same time that we work (for example: make an egg). 

How I did it

The mum and child penguin, I made with a paper, scissors and felt pens.

The egg, I made it swelling a balloon, I cover the balloon with toilet paper and then I added with water and glue. Finally, I stick the egg to the penguin.
